Welcome to the site for the annual Electronic Warfare and Avionics (EWA) Conference. The EWA Conference is an annual event held each Spring at the Museum of Aviation, Robins AFB, GA, and provides current technical briefings related to each year’s theme (please contact us for specific dates/theme information). The EWA Conference provides a venue for Air Force, DoD industry professionals and academia to share information and engage in dialog on the latest technology and policy issues in the areas of electronic warfare (EW), avionics, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR). Free technical short courses will be offered during the third day of the EWA Conference and will provide an opportunity for continuing education credits. Refer back to this site for additional updates related to the EWA Conference, instructions for participating, and training information.
The 2020 theme is “Maintaining Dominance in the Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) by Rapidly Fielding and Modifying Systems Using Open Standards and Innovation.” We are soliciting papers that relate to Electronic Warfare (EW), Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR), or Avionics and may include (but not limited to) technical solutions, initiatives, enablers, techniques, methods, policy/doctrine updates, interoperability, open systems, modeling, architectures, and best practices.
For more information, refer to the Call for Papers included on this page.
