WELCOME

Welcome to the site for the annual Electronic Warfare and Avionics (EWA) Conference. We are happy to announce the return of the Conference and look forward to collaborating with Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) professionals focused on Maintaining Spectrum Dominance. The EWA Conference is an annual event held each spring at the Museum of Aviation, Robins AFB, GA, and provides current technical briefings related to each year’s theme. This year’s conference will be held 21-23 March 2023 at the Scott Theater, Eagle Building, Robins Museum of Aviation. The EWA Conference provides a venue for Air Force, DoD industry professionals and academics to share information and engage in dialog on the latest technology and policy issues in the areas of Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), Avionics, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR). Complementary GTRI technical short courses will be offered. Refer back to this site for updated information.

THEME

The 2023 theme is “Maintaining Dominance in the Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) by Rapidly Fielding and Modifying Systems through the use of Innovation and Open, Common Standards”.  We are soliciting papers that relate to EW, ISR, or Avionics and may include (but are not limited to) technical solutions, initiatives, enablers, techniques, methods, policy/doctrine updates, interoperability, open system, modeling, architectures, and best practices.
