As of May 1, 2023, the Robins Air Force Base Legal Assistance Office provides walk-in services for Notaries and Power of Attorneys. Consultations with attorneys are by appointment only. Please call (478) 926-9276 or DSN 468-9276 to schedule an appointment.
Persons eligible to receive legal assistance:
- Members of the armed forces on active duty and their dependents (to include reservists on Active Guard and Reserve tours, including those under 10 U.S.C. § 10211, 10 U.S.C. § 12310, or 32 U.S.C. § 502(f))
- Military retirees receiving retired pay and their dependents
- Reservists released from active duty from a 30-day or longer mobilization (for a period twice the length of the mobilization) and their dependents
- Civilian employees deploying to a theatre of operations (wills and necessary power or attorneys)

Legal assistance is prohibited in the following areas:
- Issues involving personal commercial enterprises
- Standards of Conduct issues
- Law of Armed Conflict issues
- Official matters in which the USAF has an interest or is involved in the final outcome
