Jeffrey Allen, Air Force Sustainment Center executive director, served as the key note speaker during the Emerging Supervisor Development Program Graduation in the Heritage Club Ballroom here Aug. 17. The program allows employees to get supervisor training before jumping head first into a supervisory position. The fairly new program, is a whole new way of developing supervisors on base.
