78th Air Base Wing Public Affairs mission is to tell the Robins Air Force Base story to the public. We also strive to enhance Airman morale by keeping Airmen and their families informed about Air Force issues. Our office is responsible for providing accurate, timely information on Robins issues, programs and base events to the people in this community and members of the news media. As the installation public affairs office, we provide information and services for the base including the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex, 5th Combat Communications Group, 461st Air Control Wing and all other associate units that do not have a separate public affairs office.
PA specialists are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and may be reached at (478) 926-2137 during normal duty hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. If you are calling after normal duty hours, contact the on-call PA person through the command post at (478) 327-2612.
All media are required to contact public affairs prior to entry on Robins Air Force Base and must be escorted by a public affairs representative at all times.
Command Information provides the following installation level support services IAW AFI 35 -109 sections 4.2-4.5: Professionally trained photographers and videographers to support base command and wing-level photographic/video requirements for managerial, operational, educational, historical, archiving, investigative and administrative purposes.
Examples of products provided include: alert photo, video services, official studio photography, passport photos and mission awareness. Support for change of commands is limited to base command and wing level. Support for promotion ceremonies is limited to general officers only. Support is not provided for print/production, group photos, non-official government functions or mementos.

Requests for U.S. Air Force aircraft to participate in flyovers, airshows or as static displays is managed by the Department of the Air Force. Organizations wishing to feature a Robins aircraft at their event should visit the Air Force's Aviation Support page, or contact Air Force Aviation Support at SAF/PAN, (703) 695-9664 or e-mail, SAF.PA.AF.Aerial.Events@us.af.mil. Each military service uses DD 2535 to determine eligibility of an event for military aerial support.
If you feel a sonic boom has caused damage to your property or if you would like to report a low flying aircraft, call the public affairs office at (478) 926-2137. Make sure you have all the details such as the date, time of day the incident occurred and extent of damage if any was caused.
