Base Tours
We offer base tours to schools and community groups. Tours are available for groups high school age and older. Due to the size of the facilities being toured, group sizes are limited to no more than 40 people but require a minimum group size of at least 12 people.
To request a tour, fill out the tour request form and e-mail to Community & Public Outreach Specialists. Itineraries are individually planned based on each group's requirements. Tours are conducted Monday through Friday only during the business day.
A minimum of 60 days notice is required for all tours and requests are taken on a first come, first served basis and schedules fill up quickly. You can contact the office to check the availability of a specific date but a written request is required to schedule the tour.
The Boy and Girl Scouts representatives wishing to visit Robins Air Force Base should contact the liaison listed below to request and coordinate a trip.
Primary Liaison: Staff Sgt. Kandice Crump | DSN: 468-2068 | Comm: 478-926-2068 | Email: kandice.mondie@us.af.mil
Alternate Liaison: Technical Sgt. Kevon Wright | DSN: 468-4477 | Comm: 478-926-4477 | Email: kevon.wright@us.af.mil
To request a Scouts visit at Robins AFB, the Troop must submit a fully completed Entry Authority List (EAL) at least 14 calendar days prior to the visit. The e-mail address to request an EAL template and for submittal is 78sfs.s5p.idaccess@us.af.mil. The Troop must provide their own sponsor who has base credentials and sponsorship capabilities.
Due to the nature of sponsorship, the 78th Security Forces Squadron cannot provide a sponsor; however, they are happy to assist with resource information. Please reach out to Staff Sgt. Kandice Crump with questions or concerns or call our Visitor Center via DSN: 468-4208 or Commercial: (478) 926- 4208.
Speakers' Bureau
If you are looking for a person from Robins AFB (either military or civilian) to address your group at a local community event, please fill out the speaker request form and e-mail to Community & Public Outreach Specialists.
A minimum of 60 days notice is required for speakers and the office reserves the right to cancel requests due to real world events. The request has not been accepted until you receive confirmation from the office.
Volunteer Requests
Air Force professionals involved in the community where they live are front-line ambassadors for the Air Force. Through active programs the Air Force demonstrates it is a community partner and a responsible steward of resources.
There are certain criteria that have to be met in order to accept volunteer opportunities. Please contact Community & Public Outreach Specialists to see if there are volunteers available for your event.
