Lonnie Thomas, Headquarters, AIr Force Reserve Command software engineer, receives hugs from well-wishers during a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Kessler Air Force Base, Miss., March 13. The 334th Training Squadron dedicated a classroom to Mr. Thomas in the aviation resource management schoolhouse. Mr. Thomas is considered a pioneer in the aviation resource management career field. While on active duty he served in the training and education field, developed AFORMS with Air Education and Training Command and created a flying hour tracking system for squadron operations centers.
