Chaplain Corps Team

  • Please call (478) 926-2821 to make an appointment for phone or face-to-face counseling.  If you have an emergent need, please stop by the Chapel (bldg 769).

  • In addition, the Robins Ministerial Alliance (Civilian On-Call Clergy) is still available (0700-1900, Monday-Friday).  For assistance, please call (478) 352-1190.

OMS Psychologist

  • A psychologist is available, at no cost, for any civilian who works at Robins AFB. Phone appointments only.  Call (478) 327-7590 for any of the following services: therapy, supervisor/management consultations, presentations/trainings, evaluations, crisis intervention, workplace outreach and prevention initiatives.

Adult Military and Family Life Counselors (MFLC) and Child & Behavior (CYB) MFLC: 

  • Counselors are available for phone or video counseling services. For Assistance call (478) 501-0730 for Adult MFLC or (478) 538-5439 for CYB MFLC.

Air Force Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • On-base consultants are still available for phone and web-based services; no face-to-face appointments at this time.  Please call 1-866-580-9078 for assistance

Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Office

  • Services are still available 24-hours a day through our 24/7 support line.           
  • Eligible survivors of sexual assault can get support and services such as forensic exams, legal support, and other confidential victim advocacy services.  If you or someone you know was sexually assaulted and needs to make a report or talk to someone, please call 478-327-7272.

School Liaison Office:

  • Available for phone appointment only.  Call 478-337-1003 for assistance.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility Office:

  • Services are available by appointment only; no walk-ins.  All intakes, initial interviews & ADR processes will be conducted over the phone.  Call (478) 926-2131 for assistance.

Legal Assistance:

  • The Robins Air Force Base Legal Assistance Office is open for walk-in services for all eligible clients. Walk-in services include Power of Attorneys and notary services. Attorney appointments for legal advice and wills are by appointment only. The office is located in Building 215, 215 Page Road, Robins AFB, GA 31098.

Air Force Aid Society

  • For military members who may need financial assistance, please go online (https://afas.org/emergencyassistance/) to complete the application and then call A&FRC At 478-926-1256 to schedule an appointment.  If the office is closed, please leave a message and a staff member will return your call the next duty day.  For emergency assistance after hours, please contact the American Red Cross at 1-877-272-7337.

78th Medical Group

  • 78th Medical Group beneficiaries may call the 78th MDG Public Health office at (478) 327-8019 about any public health alerts regarding COVID-19.
  • If you feel you may have symptoms and are a 78th MDG beneficiary, please call the 78th MDG appointment line at (478) 327-7850 prior to your visit.

Georgia Department of Health

  • If you are not a 78th MDG beneficiary, please call the Georgia Department of Health at 1-866-782-4584 for information regarding public health alerts and if you feel you may have been exposed to COVID-19 or have symptoms.
