Enhances readiness by assisting customers to develop and improve interpersonal competencies and social relationship skills. The A&FRC provides prevention/enrichment education and consultation utilizing the Military Family Life Consultant (MFLC) and various classes and activities. Morning and afternoon MFLC classes are held each month with a variety of topics in the categories of Relationship Issues; Stress Reduction and Parent /Child Relations.
We also assist the Integrated Delivery System in hosting the quarterly Heart Link new spouse orientation program. Heart Link is a program full of fun, games, and information designed to enlighten new spouses about the resources available to help them in almost any situation. This knowledge combined with an awareness of Air Force mission, customs, and traditions will help families adjust to the military lifestyle.
