Historic grads: WR-ALC civilians firsts for Robins ALS

ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Melissa Rice, 563rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron production support supervisor, receives her Airman Leadership School graduation certificate from Brig. Gen.
