‘People are people’: First sergeants at Robins provide support to all

ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. –Master Sgt. Harold Weaver, left, 116th Maintenance Group, and Master Sgt. Brandon Penvose, 16th Airborne Command and Control Squadron, both serve as first sergeants in their respective units at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, June 24, 2021. First Sergeants assist unit commanders with maintaining their units’ readiness for mission success, and their training prepares them to serve everyone in their military unit, including civilians.
