Carlos Labrador, 78th ABW command chief, coined Antoinette Singleton, 78th Force Support Squadron Child Development Center Flight chief, during a visit to celebrate the start of Teacher Appreciation Week at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, May 3, 2021.
