Gene Kirkland, Air Force Sustainment Center commander, addresses the crowd during the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex Change of Command July 14, 2020, at the Museum of Aviation at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Brig. Gen. Jennifer Hammerstedt took over the command from Brig. Gen. John Kubinec. The change of command ceremony was unique due to precautions put into place for the COVID-19 pandemic, such as social distancing between family groups and a modified ceremony preventing any personal contact amongst the participants.
