The PITTS S2S Wild Horse Aviaion plane astonishes crowds at the 2016 MCAS Cherry Point Air Show – “Celebrating 75 Years” at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., April 30, 2016. Buck Roetman, pilots the PITTS S2S and has been flying for over 35 years - he has flown 105 different types of airplanes, from Cubs to corporate jets, resulting in 13,500 hours of flight time. This year’s air show celebrated MCAS Cherry Point and 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing’s 75th anniversary and featured 40 static displays, 17 aerial performers, as well as a concert.
