ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- A change of command ceremony is held at the Museum of Aviation at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, where Col. Brian Moore takes command of the 78th Air Base Wing July 10, 2019. As the new 78th ABW commander, Moore becomes responsible for the logistics, medical, civil engineer, security and mission support functions at Robins. In addition to commanding the 78th, he will also serve as the Robins Installation Commander, supporting the base’s 54 Mission Partners, including a major command, an air logistics complex and two additional wings.
