ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Col. Brian Moore takes command of the 78th ABW at a change of command ceremony held at the Museum of Aviation at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, July 10, 2019. As the new 78th ABW commander, Moore becomes responsible for the logistics, medical, civil engineer, security and mission support functions at Robins. In addition to commanding the 78th, he will also serve as the Robins Installation Commander, supporting the base’s 54 Mission Partners, including a major command, an air logistics complex and two additional wings.
