Under Secretary of Defense for Perseonnel and Readiness visits Robins

ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – James Stewart (left), who is performing the duties of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness, receives briefings at The Refuge at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, from the 78th Air Base Wing Chaplain Corps and the community support programs, June 24, 2019. The Refuge, a place for junior enlisted to relax, find camaraderie, and have fun, was one of many stops during Stewarts site visit at Robins where he also visited the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex, saw the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System mission, attended the new Air Force Reserve Command headquarters building ribbon cutting, and visited various other facilities around the 78th Air Base Wing to see their services and quality of life initiatives.
