Alpha Warrior evolves physical training
ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Alpha Warrior instructors Chad Leath and Dorian Mosack demonstrate a new fitness training program featuring equipment from Alpha Warrior Apr. 23, 2019, at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, to physical training leaders and fitness center trainers, who monitor the physical fitness programs for Airmen and civillians. The rig and its equipment were brought to Robins to give team members more variety in their workouts and to focus on more muscle groups than traditional physical fitness.
