ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Esther Lee-Altman, a mentor from the Air Force Civil Engineer Center sits down with team “My Uncle” as they plan out their team logo and test rocket during a Science, Technology, Engineering, Art/Design and Math challenge held at the Museum of Aviation Nov. 7, 2018. The STEAM challenge partnered students from Middle Georgia with 12 different mentors from Robins Air Force Base to build and launch a paper rocket, design a mission patch, solve a planet identification problem, and write a response to a message received from a planet outside the Milky Way Galaxy.
