ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Dr. Will Roper, the assistant secretary of the Air Force for acquisition, technology and logistics, cuts the ribbon at the Air Force Advanced Technology and Training Center – Middle Georgia grand opening ceremony, Oct. 24, 2018.
