Marine Corps Birthday
Marine Corps Birthday Cake Bearers present the birthday cake at the Marine Corps birthday ball. Each year as part of celebrating the Marine Corps birthday, a ball is held to commemorate the heritage of those who served and continue to serve our country. At Robins, members of Marine Aircraft Group 49, Detachment A, enjoyed an evening gala Nov. 14 at the Museum of Aviation. The Marine Corps celebrated its 240th birthday Nov. 10.
