As a support organization, the unit touches the lives of everyone in the maintenance complex with the type of work it performs, according to Russ Mills, 402nd MXSG VPP program manager. “This is all about sending our people home safe. This is not just a safety program, but a safety culture established through the employees.” The unit provides industrial and engineering services for other groups throughout the complex.
