The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Atlanta East Area Office formally entered into an alliance Aug. 8 with the base, the American Federation of Government Employees Local 987 and the International Association of Firefighters Local F107. Among other things, the alliance will establish a progressive dialogue amongst the signatories and allow the base, AFGE Local 987 and IAFF Local F107 to leverage additional OSHA resources to maximize the safety and well-being of the more than 23,000 workers at Robins.
