Fire pit

ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- The aircraft fire-training facility here is now fueled by propane which is environmentally friendly. The new fire pit allows firefighters to train for more than one type of incident and to practice fighting wing fires, engine fires and auxiliary power-unit fires. It is equipped with five igniters and burners, allowing firefighters to train in 15 different scenarios. (U.S. Air Force photo by Sue Sapp)
