The Robins Airman Leadership School was dedicated Tuesday in honor of Staff Sgt. Felicia Rivers. Rivers, a contract specialist with the Operational Contracting Division,died from cancer in April 2011. She was involved with various community activities, and volunteered at a local orphanage. (U.
