ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Airman 1st Class Zander Aldrich from the 51st Combat Communications Squadron, and Sam Pursley, Air Force Engineering and Technical Services, dial in the satellite frequency on an Airbus Ranger 2400 satellite communications terminal to lock onto the WTS One Satellite in order to transmit to the Defense Information Systems Agency as part of 2025 XCOMM Roundup at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, April 28, 2025. The Airbus 2400, part of the Airbus Ranger family, known for its rapid deployment and multi-band capabilities, was used extensively during the exercise to establish secure voice and data communications.
