Air Force Sustainment Center commander visits Robins

Lt. Gen. Gene Kirkland, Air Force Sustainment Center commander, visited Robins Air Force Base’s Airman’s Refuge during his immersion tour of the base. The tour, Aug, 27-29, 2018, was his first at Robins as AFSC commander. During his visit, the general toured the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex, met with community leaders and took time to recognize employees for their contributions. The Refuge is sponsored by the Robins Chapel and is intended to provide Airmen in the dormitories essential needs that might not already be provided to them.
