AFSC command team visits Robins

ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Brittni Bower, 78th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron Physical Evaluation Board Liaison officer, explains to Lt. Gen. Tom Miller, Air Force Sustainment Center commander, how her office utilized Art of the Possible to more efficiently treat medically disqualified service members to return them to duty. Art of the Possible was developed by the Air Force Sustainment Center to continuously identify and eliminate constraints in processes in order to increase efficiency.
