ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Dr. Will Roper, the assistant secretary of the Air Force for acquisition, technology and logistics, tours the Air Force Advanced Technology and Training Center – Middle Georgia with Debbie Naguy, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Product Support Engineering Division chief, after the grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony, Oct. 24, 2018.
