ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, GA – Tony Toong, a help desk professional with the 78th Communications Directorate, troubleshoots a computer problem for a teleworking base employee at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, August 14, 2020. Toong is one of 12 technicians working at the First Response Service Center. Back in the spring, call volumes spiked because more people were teleworking due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
