Throwback Thursday - Nov. 18, 2021

On Nov. 6, 1953, Air Force officials accepted two B-57A Canberra aircraft into the Air Force inventory and designated management responsibility to WRAMA. This was the first major weapons system for which WRAMA had worldwide management responsibility. The WRAMA continued to sustain B-57s throughout the Vietnam War, into the 1970s.
