Aircraft mechanic reunites with first responders
ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Steven Malanson, 560th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron aircraft mechanic, stands with the seven-member first response team who he credits saved his life at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, July 14, 2020. Malanson gave each person a medallion which bears both the Fire and Emergency Medical Service shields, his name and date of his major heart attack they responded to as a token of thanks.
