A group of 78th Security Forces Squadron students rescue a makeshift hostage from a compound at the Gator Base training area at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, on Nov. 11, 2017 during a dismounted operations exercise. The objective of the exercise scenario of the day was to gather intelligence on enemy troops and afterwards, locate and ultimately save the hostage. The training which was intended to reinforce training given to all security forces personnel at technical school, combined dismounted operations, foot-patrol formations, improvised explosive device attacks and building-clearance tactics.
