Russell Gate Security Measures

Construction on traffic-calming devices at the Russell Parkway gate has been completed, and the gate is now open for normal operations. The three-phase construction project now moves on to the Green Street Gate beginning Nov. 28, followed by the Watson Boulevard Gate beginning Jan. 5. (U.S. Air Force photo by Ed Aspera)
