Death of Robins Air Force Base active-duty Airman

ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – A noncommissioned officer with the 330th Combat Training Squadron, 461st Air Control Wing at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, was killed in a motor vehicle accident July 28 in Bonaire, Georgia.

Master Sgt. Brian Baldwin was pronounced dead on the scene. Baldwin served as the 330th CTS operations superintendent.

“Today our team lost a valuable member of our family,” said Col. Adam Shelton, 461st Air Control Wing commander. “Our hearts are with his loved ones and wingmen during this trying time, and we must be certain to remember the valuable contributions he has made to our country and the impact he has had on every one of us.”

The 461st ACW will hold a unit memorial service Aug. 2 at 2 p.m. at the Museum of Aviation Century of Flight Hangar.
