ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Tracy Lance, with the 561st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, is the first woman sheet metal work leader in F-15 aircraft at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Lance said that when she began working at the WR-ALC over 20 years ago, the workforce embraced her and showed her she was capable of doing great things as long as she put the effort in.
