Women at Robins
Tracy Lance, 561st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron sheet metal mechanic, is the first woman sheet metal work leader in F-15 aircraft at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Lance said that when she began working at the WR-ALC over 20 years ago, the workforce embraced her and showed her she was capable of doing great things as long as she put the effort in. Lance is one of the Team Robins women highlighted in the March 2019 “Women at Robins” photo feature. (U.S. Air Force illustration by Misuzu Allen)
