461st Air Control Wing Change of Command set for July 23 Published July 18, 2013 Robins Public Affairs ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Col. Dean Worley, Jr. will relinquish command of the 461st Air Control Wing to Col. Henry Cyr during a Change of Command ceremony Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the Museum of Aviation's Century of Flight Hangar. Worley is being reassigned to the Pentagon. Cyr is currently the 461st ACW vice commander. General H. D. Polumbo, Ninth Air Force commander, Air Combat Command, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., will be the presiding officer.
