12 new sites achieve VPP Gold status

Twelve Robins units have been recognized with "gold" in the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center's Voluntary Protection Program Safe Site Challenge.

The challenge is a local tool used as a framework for elevating safety culture and ensuring all applicable safety and health management systems are being sustained. Employee teams are assessed against a series of Bronze-Silver-Gold checklists designed to grow and sustain a site's safety and health practices.

The recent additions bring the number of units at Robins which have achieved Gold-level recognition to 134, with 150 other sites achieving either bronze or silver.

  • 78th Civil Engineer Group - Emergency Management /Readiness
  • 78th Medical Group - TOPA / Records
  • 78th Medical Group - Logistics / BMET
  • 78th Medical Group - Radiology
  • 402nd Maintenance Wing - C-17 Team
  • 402nd Maintenance Wing - C-5 Program Management Branch
  • 78th Medical Group - Health & Wellness Center
  • 78th Civil Engineer Group - Entomology
  • 78th Medical Group - Optometry
  • 78th Force Support Squadron - Airman & Family Readiness Center
