Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force JoAnne S. Bass visited Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, April 29, 2022. She visited with Total Force Airmen and Guardians and took the time to speak on the importance of looking ahead and accelerating change to continue rising to meet the challenges of an ever-evolving global landscape.

In line with meeting those challenges, Bass spoke to how future changes within the force itself would continue to be necessary if we are to keep up with our adversaries. She held two all calls with Total Force Airmen to talk about her vision of how this will play out and received feedback from Airmen and Guardians about the direction they see the Air and Space Forces going.

Also while at Robins, Bass spent time meeting with enlisted leaders from Air Force Reserve Command, 78th Air Base Wing, 461st and 116th Air Control Wings and 5th Combat Communications Group. She sat down to a small lunch with some Team Robins Airmen and met with Class 22-D at the Staff Sgt. Felicia R. Rivers Airman Leadership School to speak with some of the Air Force's future leaders.
