ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- In early December 2015, officials held a ceremony to celebrate the completion of the 500th C-17 Globemaster III sustained by personnel at the WR-ALC. Shortly after, the aircraft returned to the 97th Air Mobility Wing at Altus AFB, Oklahoma.
