ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Jason Caldwell, 78th Medical Group, Occupational Medicine Services administrator, was instrumental in keeping OMS open during the COVID-19 transition. Early on, he had the foresight to establish an Entry Control Point for Building 207 aligning procedures with the MDG.
Along with the MDG embedded psychologist, he arranged for a resiliency event on April 3, and provided food for 35 staff members. This gave the psychologist a chance to meet in small groups of less than 10 to discuss their trepidation and to discuss tools for coping with stress.
Caldwell also puts together the OMS newsletters for the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex. He also devised an alternate working day schedule and he himself alternated with the OMS flight commander to keep OMS running smoothly. “As OMS flight commander, I cannot thank him enough for his tireless work,” said Lt. Col. Jeffrey Kiser, 78th OMS flight commander.
For all you do at Team Robins … Thank You!
