The following is a message from Col. Jeff King, 78th Air Base Wing Commander:

Team Robins,

I want to provide you an update on our 2016 Combined Federal Campaign after three plus weeks.

Ninety four percent of our personnel have been contacted, and we have obtained 31 percent of our contribution goal. The contribution goal is just that, a goal ... While we strive to meet or surpass our $1 million goal, a successful 2016 Combined Federal Campaign will be gauged on Team Robins obtaining 100 percent contact.

Therefore, I am extending our active campaign one additional week (to Nov. 18) to afford every Robins Air Force Base service member and employee to be contacted and an opportunity to contribute.

Employees can obtain the 2016 Charity List booklet for Middle Georgia Area and find more information on CFC contributions via their Unit Super Monitors or key workers, as well as, Middle GA CFC site at http://www.middlegacfc.org/.

Reminder -- benefits of giving through the CFC:
  • Military and Federal employees can give to multiple charities at once;
  • Donations are 100 percent tax deductible; and
  • Payroll deduction allows donors to give a little each month, adding up to a significant gift at the end of the year.

V/r,

JEFFREY R. KING, Colonel, USAF
