78 CEG to replace electrical distribution boiler
The dates for the work phases to replace the electrical distribution in Building 177 have been set for 23-24 March, 2019. The contractors will relocate the old Automatic Transfer Switch #1, PP-O and Disconnect Switch that feed the UPS for Boiler #1. The dates are subject to change due to inclement weather and possible project delays.
Construction impacts have been coordinated with facility managers in Building 177 for this change over, but a considerable amount of the base populous will also be affected. This work is being accomplished on the weekend in order to minimize the impact on the work force.
