Mural
A group of about 20 students from Warner Robins High and teacher Polly Sheehan spent two days last month painting a mural celebrating the armed forces. The mural, which depicts military servicemembers and their families, reads “Every Day In The U.S.A. Is Armed Forces Appreciation Day.” The phrase is an updated version of Warner Robins resident Dr. Dan Callahan’s “Every Day In Middle Georgia Is Armed Forces Appreciation Day.” The artwork was created using images from Robins and is located at the corner of Davis Drive and Watson Boulevard.
