Michelle Eddins, 78th Air Base Wing protocol specialist, has her blood pressure measured by Kim Lopez, Civilian Health Promotion Services specialist, following a “Freeze the Gain with DASH Diet Class”, Jan. 6, 2016. Freeze the Gain is an Air Force Materiel Command weight maintenance program that encourages participants to maintain – not gain – weight during the eight-week challenge period, which runs through Jan. 8.
