9/6/2012 - ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Robins inducted its newest honorary commanders Aug. 30 during a ceremony at the Museum of Aviation. This year, 30 community members from across Middle Georgia were selected.

The program began in 2005 and is designed to encourage an exchange of ideas, experiences and friendship between key members of the local civilian community and members of Team Robins. This year, the program was expanded to include mission partner commanders.

The 2012-2013 team includes:
  • Chad Bryant, Ocmulgee Site & Environmental Services owner and vice president
  • Aura Lee Durham, Robins Regional Chamber of Commerce vice president
  • Travis Kelly, Cerberus Capital Management vice president operations executive
  • Leslie Sewell, Pulaski County fire chief/EMA director
  • Don Avery, Fairview Park Hospital CEO
  • Amy Johnson, ComSouth Telecommunications, special events coordinator
  • Terry Deese, Peach County sheriff
  • Dr. Michael Stoy, Middle Georgia College president
  • Dale Richmond, First Response Service Inc. owner
  • Judy Madden - President, Eastman-Dodge Chamber of Commerce
  • Dan Speight, State Bank and Trust Company COO
