Mr. Doug Keene is the Vice Director, 402nd Maintenance Wing (MXW), Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Ga. The 402nd Maintenance Wing performs programmed depot maintenance on all variants of the F-15, C-5, C-130, C-17 and special operations forces aircraft and performs avionics repair, overhaul and modification in support of more than 14 various aircraft. Mr. Keene leads 8,354 employees to include software development and sustainment of a diverse portfolio of operational flight programs, test program sets, automatic test equipment, and industrial automation software for various airborne systems for the Department of Defense and multiple Foreign Military Sales platforms. Additionally, he is responsible for supporting and maintaining capabilities for all associated support equipment, wartime emergency demands, electronic warfare, space communications, aircraft battle damage repair, and a ready source of repair and maintenance of critical items.

Mr. Keene has extensive engineering and production management experience. He has served both as an engineer and engineering manager in a variety of maintenance and manufacturing environments. Mr. Keene is an industrial engineering graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, and he earned a master in business administration from the University of Tennessee. He is an avid tennis player and participates in the United States Tennis Association's team tennis.
