ROBINS PUBLIC AFFAIRS -- On Jan. 29, 2014, Robins received 3-5 inches of snow on top of frozen rain. It was one of the most severe winter weather events in installation history. This storm affected Atlanta and other areas, shutting theses cities down and stranding motorists for days.
