Staff Sgt. Sydney Arnt-King, 78th Medical Logistics Flight Acquisitions/Customer Service non-commissioned officer in charge, spearheaded numerous emergency purchases for the COVID-19 pandemic response which totaled well over seven thousand masks and 300 hand sanitizer pumps valued at twenty-eight thousand dollars.

Arnt-King issued three thousand masks to first responders and the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex sustaining critical infrastructure sectors. She keenly procured “scarce” test swabs for lab personnel which were pivotal to uninterrupted in-house and drive-through COVID-19 testing capability.

Finally, Arnt-King collaborated with Robins Air Force Base, Spark Hub, to procure 3D printing materials to manufacture 300 face shields that supported five Military Treatment Facilities worldwide.
